- 1 - 15.5 ounce can Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained
- 1 - 15.5 ounce can Garbanzo Beans (chick peas), drained
- 1 - 14.5 ounce can Green Beans, drained
- 1 - 7 ounce can Tuna in Water, drained
- 1 small Yellow Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
