This recipe for a coconut milk iced latte is easy to make at home. This homemade version is a healthy way to enjoy your coffee. I whip this recipe up in my blender with hot coffee. It is frothy and delicious fresh from the blender poured over a glass of ice.

    • Coconut Milk Iced Latte

    Ingredients

    Hot Coffee
    Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk
    Ground Cinnamon
    Coconut Sugar or Granulated Sugar
    Vanilla Extract
    Sea Salt

    Instructions

Make your hot coffee however you normally do that. I like to use my french press, but my husband loves his coffee pot.

Pour hot coffee, coconut milk, cinnamon, coconut sugar, vanilla extract and sea salt into the pitcher of your blender. Blend on medium high until all ingredients are combined and the drink is frothy.

Place ice into two glasses (or I love a wide mouth jar) and pour latte over ice.

    Serve immediately.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make a coconut milk iced latte at home?

Yes! It's so easy you may never buy one at a coffee shop again. Plus, I love knowing exactly what is going into my drink and that there isn't any cross contamination. Not to mention how much money it can save you.

Can I used any type of coconut milk for this latte?

No, it's important that you use canned full fat coconut milk. If you use regular coconut milk out of the carton your coconut milk latte won't be as creamy or have as much flavor.

Can I used a different type of milk than coconut milk?

Yes. This recipe works great will whole dairy milk or any other type of alternative milk you would like to use. I like to use a milk that has a higher fat content for a richer flavor and creamier texture to my latte.

How do I stir canned coconut milk if it's separated?

To blend the coconut fat with the milky part in a can of coconut milk I take off the lid and then use an immersion blender right in the can to blend it together. You can also dump the entire can into your blender and blend until you get a smooth texture.
