How do you make gluten free brownies from scratch?

These gluten free triple chocolate brownies are so easy to make! In a saucepan you will melt the butter, sugar, brown sugar and cocoa powder while stirring constantly. Once the the mixture is melted pour into a the bowl of your mixer and let cool for ten minutes.

Next you will add the eggs one at a time while blending the mixture. Then you will add the gluten free flour and baking powder. Mix just until blended.

Finally add the white and semi-sweet chocolate chips and mix just until blended into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Let the gluten free triple chocolate brownies cool completely before drizzling them with the melted milk chocolate. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before cutting the brownies. They are delicious served with vanilla ice cream!

How long do gluten free brownies last?

Once your brownies are cool you will want to store them in an air tight container. They will keep for 3-5 days. If they are going to last longer than that I like to freeze part of them for later.

To freeze, place them in a freezer safe container or bag. Freeze in a flat layer so you can get one at a time out if you would like. This makes a quick dessert or treat to have on hand!
