Hi Elaine. Great name! I suppose you could add a flour and milk mixture if you wanted to have a sauce with this recipe, but it might not have much flavor. I have a crockpot recipe for creamed corn that you might like better. It would already be thickened for you. I hope that helps. ~Elaine
