– Gluten Free Gingersnap Cookies – Pecans – Unsalted Butter – Cream Cheese – Granulated Sugar – Eggs – Eggnog – Vanilla Extract – Ground Cinnamon – Ground Nutmeg – Sea Salt
Make the crust and press into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Blend together the ingredients for the cheesecake. Pour the batter over the crust.
