- Gluten Free Farfalle - Lemon Juice - Olive Oil - Stone Ground Mustard - Minced Garlic - Salt - Pepper - Cucumber - Cherry Tomatoes - Black Olives - Red Onion - Feta Cheese
Cook the pasta per the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Make the dressing by mixing together the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt & pepper.
In a large serving bowl add the pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, onion and feta cheese. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to coat.
