This quick recipe for gluten free walking taco casserole is made with ground beef, cheddar cheese and cream cheese. This is the best one pot Mexican casserole and is perfect for dinner.
- Ground Beef - Onion - Cream Cheese - Heavy Whipping Cream - Chili Powder - Garlic Powder - Ground Coriander - Ground Cumin - Smoked Paprika - Salt - Pepper - Cheddar Cheese - Gluten Free Tortilla Chips - Black Olives - Tomatoes - Lettuce - Sour Cream
Cook the ground beef until just a little pink remains. Add the onions and garlic and cook 2-3 minutes more.
Add cream cheese, whipping cream and spices. Stir to combine. Stir in 1/2 the shredded cheese.
Top with tortilla chips and the rest of the shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
