- Eggs - Granulated Sugar - Lemon Juice - Lemon Zest - Unsalted Butter
Using a mixer beat together the eggs, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Transfer the metal mixer bowl over a pot of simmering water. Whisk until the mixture thickens.
Add the butter one piece at a time and stir in. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
