This gluten free snowball cookie recipe is one of my favorite Christmas cookies! They have the best pecan flavor and are super easy to make.
– Unsalted Butter – Granulated Sugar – Vanilla Extract – Sea Salt – Gluten Free Flour – Pecans – Powdered Sugar
Beat together the softened butter, sugar, vanilla and sea salt. Add the flour and pecans to the wet mixture and blend until combined.
Using a cookie scoop measure out the dough and roll it into balls. Place them evenly on the baking sheets.
Bake 18-20 minutes or until they are slightly firm and the bottoms are golden brown.
