- Turkey or Pork Sausage - Eggs - Gluten Free Bread Crumbs - Salt - Pepper
Pour bread crumbs into a small bowl. Add one egg to a small bowl and beat.
Divide the sausage into five sections. Flatten each section evenly and then wrap around a peeled hard boiled egg.
Place the eggs on a baking sheet and bake. While they are baking mix together the honey mustard dipping sauce.
