This easy recipe for gluten free eggnog cake with white chocolate frosting is the perfect dessert for Christmas! The cake is moist and the frosting is rich and creamy.
– Unsalted Butter – Granulated Sugar – Vanilla Extract – Eggs – Eggnog – Gluten Free Flour – Baking Powder – Xanthan Gum – Baking Soda – Sea Salt – Ground Cinnamon – Ground Nutmeg – White Chocolate Baking Bar – Powdered Sugar
Blend together ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Pour into a greased pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Let cake cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan onto cooling rack.
Once the cakes are cooled completely make the frosting. Use the frosting between layers and on outside of cake.
