This easy recipe for gluten free cranberry apple crisp is made with oatmeal and fresh cranberries. This is the best Fall dessert to make quickly.
– Apples – Fresh Cranberries – Brown Sugar – Granulated Sugar – Lemon Juice – Gluten Free Rolled Oats – Brown Rice Flour – Sea Salt – Unsalted Butter – Pecans
Place the apples, cranberries, brown sugar, granulated sugar and lemon juice in a medium size bowl. Stir to coat the fruit and set aside.
In the bowl of your stand mixer blend together the rolled oats, brown sugar, brown rice flour, sea salt, butter and pecans until a crumble forms.
Pour cranberry apple mixture into baking dish and top with the crumble mixture. Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbling and done.
