Description

A refreshing lemon lime homemade Gatorade made with coconut water, fresh lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, honey, and sea salt. No artificial dyes, no processed sugar, and no mystery ingredients. A natural electrolyte drink that replenishes sodium and potassium and is ready in just five minutes.

Instructions

In your blender add the waters, juices, honey and salt. Pulse until all the ingredients are combined.

Serve over ice.

If you have any leftover store it in the refrigerator in a sealed container.

You can also add this recipe to a pitcher and stir. I think the honey and salt mix in better in the blender though.
