Description

Ground beef and onion browned in a Dutch oven, then combined with canned baked beans, gluten free Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar and baked until hot and bubbling. This easy gluten free baked beans recipe is a hearty one pot side dish perfect for summer cookouts, potlucks, and BBQs.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

In a dutch oven on your stovetop over medium heat cook the ground beef and break it into pieces with a meat chopper. Add the onions and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the beans, gluten free Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, salt and pepper to the dutch oven. Stir to combine.

Put the lid on your dutch oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbling.

Let cool slightly and then serve.

Notes

I used vegetarian baked beans because they don't have cured bacon in them. That is a personal dietary choice I make. You can use whatever 28 ounce baked bean you would like for this recipe.
