Meal Planning Guide

meal planning guide on a table with a cup of coffee

This printable meal planning guide will help you make your shopping list easily. This template is great for planning dinner for your family. It is easy to keep the worksheets in a binder to have your grocery list and recipes on hand.

The printables are great for beginners or to just help with organization of your meals. Each sheet is simple and will help you chart what you are eating for dinner for the next ten days.

How do I use this meal planning guide?

This meal planning guide is super simple to use! You write down ten meals that you want to make in the next two weeks. You are only picking ten meals for the next fourteen days because you will likely have leftovers.

Then look through the recipes and decide what groceries you need to purchase. Fill out the grocery page and take it to the store with you. The grocery page is broken down by section of the store to make shopping easier.

How should I store the meal planning guides?

I think it's easiest to get a three-ring binder to store your planning guides and grocery lists in. I also print the recipes I'm going to use and place those in the binder too.

This allows you to keep all your meal planning and meal preparation information in one spot. I cross out recipes we didn't love and change ingredients on the printed recipes I make changes to.
