Lavender Essential Oil
I use Lavender EO almost every day. It is calming and great for your skin. Try it around your ears and neck during allergy season or to inhale at night just before bedtime. Lavender is also great to add a few drops to your bath or to your lotion.
Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint EO is great for a pick-me-up in the afternoon. I also like to apply it around my ears and neck during allergy season. Peppermint has a fresh, clean smell that I love. It's great to diffuse for a crisp, clean smell in your home or office.
Frankincense Essential Oil
Frankincense has a calming effect. It's great for healthy immune support, healthy skin and during yoga or meditation. I like to apply frankincense to my neck during allergy season. I add a few drops of frankincense to my facial oil for fine-lines and wrinkles (and it makes my skin have a soft and smooth texture).
Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon EO is great for an upset stomach. I apply it along with peppermint EO over my stomach and around my navel. It is also great to add to cleaning products. It gives a fresh citrus smell and adds cleaning power. I love to diffuse lemon to give my house a fresh, clean scent. Lemon is great to add to facial cream or oil to help eliminate blemishes.
Thieves Essential Oil
Thieves is a combination of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary essential oils. It has a strong, spicy smell. I like to use Thieves during cold and flu season. I rub some on the bottoms of my feet before bed and use Thieves in my diffuser necklace. I love to diffuse Thieves in our home during the winter for a fresh, spicy aroma.
Tea Tree Essential Oil
Tea Tree or Melaleuca oil is great for acne. I put a little on twice a day morning and night and it quickly goes away. Tea Tree is also fantastic to use in house-cleaning products and to diffuse for a fresh scent. Tea Tree is a great natural deodorant.
Purification Essential Oil
I love to add a few drops of Purification to my dryer balls. It gives laundry a fresh, clean smell. I also use Purification in my mop water on the hardwood floors to add cleaning power and to freshen the house. Purification is made of Citronella, Lavandin, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Myrtle, and Tea Tree. I love the refreshing scent! I like to use this as an air-fresher by adding a few drops with distilled water to a small spray bottle.
Joy Essential Oil
I love to wear Joy as a perfume. Regular perfumes are full of chemicals, so I had given up on perfume until I found the Joy essential oil blend. It has a light, floral scent. I like to wear a few drops in my diffuse necklace and I also like to mix a few drops of joy with distilled water and witch hazel in a small spray bottle for a fragrance spray.
Citrus Fresh Essential Oil
As the name suggests this essential oil smells citrusy and fresh. It is one of my favorites to diffuse in our house. It combines Orange, Tangerine, Grapefruit, Lemon, and Mandarin oils with a hint of Spearmint. For me it smells like summer! It is great to mix with some distilled water for a room or body spray. It can also be mixed with a little avocado oil and be worn as a perfume.
Orange Essential Oil
I love the fresh smell of Orange EO. I like to diffuse Orange in our house. Orange is also great to mix with some witch hazel and water to make a linen or room spray. Orange is great to have on hand to make various seasonal diffuser mixes. It's great for Summer citrusy scents or to mix with cinnamon or clove for a nice Fall scent.
Peace & Calming Essential Oil
I love to diffuse Peace & Calming at bed time while I read before I go to sleep. It is a very relaxing and mellow oil. Peace & Calming is made up of Ylang Ylang, Orange, Tangerine, Patchouli, and Blue Tansy. Peace & Calming is also perfect to add to your bath for relaxation.
Christmas Spirit Essential Oil
This oil is perfect to diffuse through out the holiday season. Christmas Spirit is a blend of Orange, Cinnamon Bark, and Spruce to make any room smell festive. Christmas Spirit is perfect to combine with distilled water in a glass spray bottle to spray in your home for a smell of comfort and warmth.
Lime Essential Oil
I love to put a couple of drops of Lime EO in my water. It gives a great lime taste without being sour. Lime is also great to mix with other oils to diffuse in the home for nice citrus smell. Lime is great to add a few drops to a box of baking soda in the refrigerator to keep it smelling fresh.
Citronella Essential Oil
Citronella is great to have on hand during the Summer and Spring bug months. I apply directly to my skin and also make a spray with distilled water, witch hazel and citronella to keep the bugs at bay. Citronella has a sweet scent, so it is perfect to mix with other oils to make your diffuser scent a little sweeter.
Clary Sage Essential Oil
Clary Sage EO has a very calming botanical scent. I like to put some over my stomach and on my chest the week before and during my period.
Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil
I love to apply Eucalyptus Radiata to my chest and under my nose during allergy and cold season. I also diffuse Eucalyptus Radiata up to 3 times a day.
Thieves Cough Drops
I love Thieves Cough Drops! They may be my favorite Young Living product. I use them during cold season and allergy season. I love that they are a natural alternative to the chemical filled options at the stores. Plus they actually taste good. Not fake sweet or too strong.
This floss is great. The texture is similar to wax coated floss, but without the chemicals. It glides out of the package and lasts a really long time.
Thieves Household Cleaner
I use this to make kitchen cleaner and when I mop my floors. The bottle is concentrated cleaning liquid and goes a long ways. A capful is enough for a spray bottle of all-purpose cleaning spray.
