After five years of not feeling quite right and seeing seven different doctors I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease. When my original thyroid medicine wasn't helping and I couldn't shake my symptoms I started researching alternatives. I switched to a gluten-free lifestyle and haven't looked back. I started feeling better within a week and now a couple of years later I'm symptom-free most days. I began also eating low carb and looking into a ketogenic lifestyle to eliminate brain fog and get rid of weight I had gained over the last five years.
I didn't just want this to be a food blog. I really want this to be a lifestyle blog where I show you glimpses of our day to day life, travels and a look at what I've been reading. Welcome to my world.
